Avatr 07L Official Unveil on 29 June 2026 with Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR, ADS 5.0, upto 725 km CLTC range, nearly 1,000 hp, premium luxury, and an expected ¥250,000 (₹29.8 lakh).
Avatr officially unveiled the all-new 2026 Avatr 07L, a significantly upgraded version of its 07 luxury SUV that brings more space, smarter technology, and a stronger family-focused design. Following its first public interior showcase on 29 June 2026, the premium SUV is on track for its official market launch in July 2026.
Co-developed with Huawei and CATL, the 4,910 mm-long Avatr 07L features a 2,990 mm wheelbase, Huawei’s advanced 896-line LiDAR, and the latest Qiankun ADS 5.0 driving system. Buyers can choose from BEV and EREV powertrains while the flagship tri-motor version offers upto 725 km CLTC range and nearly 1000 hp which make it the most technologically advanced family SUV Avatr of till now.
Bigger Body & More Space
By the variant name 07L it is clear that the biggest talking point of the model is its larger footprint. Stretching 4,910 mm long with a 2,990 mm wheelbase, it is 85 mm longer and 50 mm wider between the axles than the standard 07. The longer rear doors, bigger quarter windows, and expanded cargo area significantly improve passenger comfort, making the 07L a more practical luxury SUV for family buyers.
The longer body also improves practicality. Avatr redesigned the luggage area to provide more usable storage, making the SUV better suited for daily use and long family trips.
Avatr 07L Exterior Design & Styling
The Avatr 07L keeps the familiar styling of the standard 07 but adds several new design elements. The longer body gives it a more premium look while improving overall practicality. Exterior highlights include roof rails, semi-hidden door handles, a HarmonyOS Mobility badge, new alloy wheels, a full-width LED taillight, and Huawei’s roof-mounted 896-line LiDAR integrated into the design.
Next Gen Huawei Smart Tech Features
Well, the technology takes a major leap with Huawei’s new 896-line roof-mounted LiDAR, replacing the previous 192-line unit. Avatr 07L Powertrains, Range, Charging, & Performance
The Avatr 07L offers both Battery Electric (BEV) and Extended-Range Electric (EREV) powertrains that gives buyers the flexibility to choose between pure electric driving and extended-range capability. The EREV uses a 1.5T turbo range extender with 39.05 kWh or 52.01 kWh battery packs, while the BEV rides on an advanced 800V architecture for higher efficiency and ultra-fast charging.
Performance is a major highlight of the new SUV. Buyers can choose from single-motor and new tri-motor configurations, with the flagship version producing nearly 1,000 hp. The rear-wheel-drive BEV delivers up to 650 km CLTC range, while the tri-motor electric variant extends that to 725 km, making it one of the longest-range performance SUVs in its class.
Fast charging further enhances everyday usability. Thanks to the 800V high-voltage system, the BEV supports rapid charging that can take the battery from 30% to 80% in around 10 minutes under ideal conditions. Combined with its powerful performance and long driving range, the Avatr 07L is designed to handle both daily commuting and long-distance journeys with ease.
New Avatr 07L Interior & Premium Cabin Design
Inside the cabin, this 07L continues Avatr’s futuristic design philosophy while adding more luxury and space. The dashboard combines a 35.4-inch panoramic Star Ring display with a 15.6-inch floating touchscreen, both powered by Huawei’s HarmonyOS cockpit. The larger boot and improved cabin packaging provide more room for passengers and luggage.
Premium materials, new interior colour themes, AI voice interaction, ambient lighting, executive-style rear seating, and over-the-air updates further enhance the overall cabin experience. The combined front and rear storage areas can hold up to 12 suitcases between 20 and 24 inches.
Avatr 07L Suspension, Safety, & Driver Assistance
Well, the Avatr 07L goes beyond performance by focusing on comfort and safety. It combines a refined suspension setup with Huawei’s latest intelligent driving technology. The model comes with a double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension, while higher trims add air suspension, and CDC adaptive damping.
Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR and Qiankun ADS 5.0 power features like Automatic Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, 360-degree camera, Remote Parking, Valet Parking and Door-to-Door Navigation Assist. All this make everyday driving smoother, safer, and more convenient for both city roads and long highway journeys.
Avatr 07L Pricing Update
Avatr has yet to announce the official price of the 07L but it is likely to position above the standard Avatr 07. Inside sources reports estimates suggest a starting price of around ¥250,000 to ¥320,000 which is approx ₹29.8 lakh to ₹38.2 lakh or US$34,800 to 44,500 which depend on the variant and powertrain. The final pricing will be revealed at its official launch in July 2026.
When Avatr 07L Launch?
The Avatr 07L was first teased in camouflaged form on 8 May 2026, followed by official exterior images on May 9 and its MIIT regulatory filing later that month. And now it made first public interior debut on 29 June 2026 with the official launch scheduled for July 2026 and deliveries expected to begin in Q3 2026. Initially launching in China, the SUV is also likely to support Avatr’s expanding global market strategy.
Looking at all updates, the Avatr 07L represents a meaningful evolution rather than a routine facelift.
